Glassdoor senior engineer
TC 200k first year (155 base) sign-on, relocating etc. 195k 2nd yr - some stock like thingy vests and 3rd yr (215k - more stock like thingy vests) Half yearly review cycles - not sure if that's good/bad Office SFO Any thoughts?

Well, I agree that people are great. I'd a great time during the interview. I'm relocating and looking at other websites like blind or level fyi, for senior level it does look like there's more compensation packages.

Sorry if I sound a bit terse.. I'm underpaid currently and I don't want to move to a more expensive city with a family being underpaid..I'm just gathering info here.. helps me make a better decision.

Is this because that's high for Glassdoor or reasonable enough for SFO
