You're a new grad? Not too bad to get your foot in the door. If you LC you can get better elsewhere.

Nah man. Just learn in the job. Get the deal. It's pretty solid. I have 20 YOE and I am making barely 3x what you would here. Job hop every 2-4 years until you have 12-15 YOE, then you start thinking about career.
