You should be getting at least 80-90L based on your experience. Wait for better offer, or negotiate.

Did you get an offer from cred?
For 11 YoE you should be making more and have you considered moving to the west? At least twice of what you’re getting now if you’re really good. I think you also need to wait for CREDs offer before making up your mind.
Thanks for the reply. I feel the same. I had offers from Microsoft and Salesforce in the past, could not join due to some personal issues.
