Got a pretty good initial offer. Are bonuses/refreshers nonexistent? Is the company pretty stable?
Was it for remote or in office? I would say we are quite unstable right now with a leadership team that is very out of touch. Our culture has been demolished, and our current exec's have not demonstrated any of our values. You'll get excuses, subterfuge, and silence out of them in most company communications these days. I have to be careful what I share here because at the moment this is very under wraps, it's not more layoffs (that I know of, though I wouldn't rule it out) but there is a LOT of cost cutting going on, and there are going to be some fairly unexpected changes being announced here soon that will impact several hundred I'm sure. Annual bonus is 10%, 5% is based on you hitting your personal/team goals, the other is based on the company hitting financials. Refreshers are solely based on your performance in something called 9 box, and it also factors in your team too, you're competing with them to be put in the 9 box to get top promotion opportunities and bigger refreshers. Managers are limited in how many of their directs they can put in the 9 box without facing scrutiny from a comp committee.
