Been working in start ups for the past 4+years and looking to maybe make a switch into a larger company now. Any advice for or against from people who have done the same?
Just put your updated resume on monster, in 3 days recruiter start calling you. Big companies (established and public) work load are more relax than startup
Startups are a sham unless you're on the founding team. You're leaving massive amounts of money on the table by not working at a public company. I can never go back to working on someone else's startup.
And how did you make the switch from working at a start up to a public company? Did you use a recruiter?
