Going to Orlando for a Family Vacation (2 days), Need some help.

I just want to cover one theme park as my parents are not interested in doing any rides. So should I go to Disney or should I go to Universal Theme parks? Right now just considering going to Magic Kingdom Disney, is this worth it? Also what else to do in Orlando apart from Universal and Disney.

What time of year? Right now it’s summer (crowded) and hotter than hell.

Disney's epcot and animal kingdom has attractions which the parents will enjoy. You can get wheelchair assistance if you need for them which will be useful if they can't walk a lot. If you are only going to do one day do the multipass half day epcot and half day animal kingdom. Orlando is mostly for the theme parks. Maybe try a waterpark it will help ease with the heat.

I'm thinking to buy Park hopper plan for 1 day. Can you name some Waterparks?

I was at the Disney's Blizzard beach. But you could try universal's volcano bay if you are going to the Disney parks. Also SeaWorld if they are into aquariums.

For young kids your best bet is Walt Disney. The two best parks for kids are in my opinion Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. Animal Kingdom has the Avatar area, which has the best ride in Orlando, in my opinion, plus safaris and other animals. Universal ( Island of Adventure) has more rides for adults and teens, and the Harry Potter experience. Its really good. Depends on the age of your kids.

I live in Orlando- there is so much here. But it is overshadowed by all the theme parks. You could visit here often and not experience everything fun. Epcot is a great place to start. And Animal Kingdom - like others have stated. They are the easiest on the feet and for max pleasure for your ages. End the evening going to a great dinner at one of the restaurants in either park. Next day go to either the beach. Or stay local and go to Bizzard beach. That’s a good one. Aquatica is awesome for the water slides. How many days are you staying. PM me if you need any other suggestions. This is my favorite city in US. That’s why I live here!

Why this question? If you are rich just go to all parks in Orlando
