Need info for Goldman London Plum court office : 1) What base and joining bonus should I negotiate for ? I am coming in as strat/quant in a revenue generating team. 6 years of experience at buy side firms. 2) Do the office perks really help making the day easier than other firms ? Like the canteen/gym/childcare etc. Don't other firms offer similar perks in London ? 3) Heard a lot of people leaving coz of long working hours. Is it true ? Why go to Goldman when you’re already a quant at a buy side firm?
There is an urgency to switch And I am not able to get into another buy side
gym is nice. canteen is nice. only makes live easier if you have time to use them properly. note though that GS brand in London is unmatched... people treat you like royalty. work culture is extremely cut throat.

For 6yoe that’s not low for rev based strat? Thought it would be on the higher side of that or a bit more, interesting. Agree with bonus comment
