Hi folks, I have a super day coming up for a software engineer role. There will be 3 interviews- 1) Software Engineering Practices 2) Data Structures, Software design and architecture 3) Managerial & Fit Can you please help me what to expect in each? TC - 0

Usually they have questions related to how you would react to x colleague not feeling included, or y colleague not pulling their weight in project. Being that these are tech interviews they will likely have some questions relating to how you would code x or y to make sure you are actually qualified. Do your best to be calm and be genuine with them.
Thank you Backpachs. What can I expect in second interview? Will it be coding or system design?
I don't work in a tech related department but I can say that it will likely be more focus on job related question at hand, look at the job posting and make sure you are knowledgeable in the areas stated

A day dedicated to interviewing new hires across multiple departments. During super days employees will spend nearly the entire day interviewing possible cannidates.
