Goldman Sachs quant strat vs. Facebook SWE internship

Which would you choose? How are strats at Goldman perceived (though the internship itself is actually under engineering)? Does being a strat on the sell-side open doors to quant roles on the buy-side in the future? Would appreciate any advice!
