Goldman sachs SWE securities lending / e-trading SG office

Dear all, I am considering applying to these 2 roles, which involve working with high volume low latency trading system. The team will work closely with other APAC teams. My career goal is to work with high performant systems, using technology at lower layers. From the JDs, it seems like these roles are right for me. From a brief search, I gathered that wlb is basically non-existent, TC is somewhat low ballish. Should I bother with GS or look for more techy opportunities in crypto, hedgies, etc? I would appreciate it if you all can shed some light on the team, culture, leadership. Yoe: 3 TC: 115k
