Good 1b1b near Apple HQ
I am moving there soon. Can't find a single place with good reviews. Do you guys know of any good communities? I think the reviews are almost always biased, so can't fully rely on those. My budget is ~$2600

I have rented a 1b1b condo near Apple HQ. Its in Santa Clara, about 3-4 miles away from the spaceship. It way nicer than regular Apts run by big companies. And a lot cheaper too.
I am curious about that option too. How does it work? Do you transfer rent to landlord or there is some property management company? What else is different from living in a community?
I am in an unique scenario. I rent it directly from the owner no middle men. I have a signed lease, transfer funds directly to their bank account. I pay about 25% less than going rate around me. If I disclose my rent here you won't believe it.
