Good areas in Seattle for rental property investment
People in Seattle Rental property scene what area will you recommend for investment? goal is to be at least be breakeven. I can considet multi family or Single family homes.
Unconventional advice: look at South West Seattle. Being gentrified rapidly but still at good prices. 2 ways into downtown Close to airport. Lots of parking everywhere.
Check out where new fast ferry routes are being deployed in the area.
For multifamily also consider Tacoma.

With AMZN spilling to the Eastside, and all the rest (Facebook, Google and Microsoft mainly) growing there as well - look for areas with a commune distance from these hubs (Redmond-Bellevue-Kirkland) of about 30mins. That’s your target.
South seattle, west seattle and sw seattle. Property prices still within reach and great rent and price prospects.
