Mid level engineer looking for some reading material which teaches about leadership, communication skills etc.
Ran out of technical stuff to learn? 😋 On a serious note, I think all engineers and engineering managers should read "the mythical man month".
There is so much to learn technically. But I think beyond a point having a solid mix of tech + good leadership skills is what I am aspiring for.

Write more code, reading books is for losers. Pick a FOSS project on GitHub etc and do something useful.
This is such bad advice!
Once you’ve read one book you’ve read them all. They all say the same things just slightly different ways. And leadership skills are learned by leading not reading. There are many ways to get that experience without going to management. Nothing like building a community around a good project while providing real value through code for building leadership skills.
