Would you be able to get a high paying SWE job at FAANG or at any other company without practicing leetcode? TC- peanuts
Start your own company
All companies would do tech assessments but I hear Shopify and Stripe are more practical. Not leetcode just realistic problems.
Yes, start your own company, get customers and provide service at a cost lower than customers pay. Sky is the limit to your TC and no leetcode.
No LC is 1 thing, not posting TC is major barrier

Addepar doesn't do leetcode, more practical, real-world problem. Something you might experience working here
Was going to say Albertson's checkout clerk but I think they have to pass leetcode interviews too.
1M all cash codeforces 9000 lowest bar
Just do LC, itโs really not that hard
I actually prefer LeetCode to some random arbitrary coding tests. Some will like OOP heavy, non-readable code, some would like you to recite Agile verses, others will ask random Java questions. Implementing union find, Rabin-Karp or A* turns out to be easier to prepare for. Will I ever use it at work? Nope. But I also refuse to ever implement abstract factory pattern.
Yes check out Accessibility roles at Google - they hire with same title and say pay like SDE and no leet code at all!
