Good distribution of work for a Principal Engineer (SRE)

A newly promoted Principal Engineer here. How should I distribute my work in a sprint with geographically distributed SRE team. C - coding O - operations, post mortem reviews, troubleshooting and mitigation. P0-2 incident participation. R - review tasks, agile rituals, reports for managements, PR review, improve code quality, mentoring etc.. D - system Design, architecture for new solutions from O above to reduce detection and resolution times. We don’t have a program manager (also I don’t believe they are great contributors to SRE teams). Percentage based split will help me succeed. Team is big, about 12 engineers…
