This person did something that a lot of folks shy away from : taking risks in moving between companies rapidly.
Flexport was layoffs.
It worked for me. Highly recommend doing so if you have valuable contributions you can speak to in your short stints. It's a myth that you have to be somewhere X months/years to start making an impact.
