Remember - they can’t fire you for unionizing, and they can afford it. Private company workers with unions make 25% more on average than non union companies. I know this is for the stores but hope it spreads to tech.
Yeah but those private companies also don’t grow. Most companies pack and go somewhere else (eg. Ford moved one of their plants to Mexico because of this). Union is bad for the consumer and company!

This only applies to US right? Tech companies will just have one more reasons to move offshore if tech unionize
If unions were so bad for employees, the companies wouldn’t be fighting tooth and nail to stop them.
