though I've got some stellar work experience, I'm getting offers well below what I'm worth. The only things I can control that contribute to this are my resumes, but I'm absolutely terrible at writing them! Does anyone have a good lead on a resume writer?
Without giving away your info, what's your resume like? Had your manager mentioned any feedback about it? I guess it would be awkward to ask now. There are resume workshops out there that you can take. If you've started conducting interviews, then you can also look at other applicant resumes. Most of them are pretty forgettable. I'm curious in what way yours is worse than the status quo.

It's hard to believe resume has a stronger influence than your interview performance. Get coached in comms may be a better investment. Not denying the importance of a good resume but just my 2 cents
The hiring managers at my current job let me know that the only reason I got an interview was lack of good resumes from applicants. I interviewed very well, which is what got me the job.
the hiring managers? boy, Amazon starts early with helping your value drop in your own estimates.
