The best perk my company is offering currently is in office green tea n black coffee so employees RTO & not a single person in my team of 15 drink tea/coffee without milk. This is in India btw. Ohh & don't forget marketing hybrid work over linkedin but stupid & insecure managers forcing their team for RTO.
