This is the reason why there are min wage exceptions for hiring the mentally or otherwise disabled. If you can only hire a limited number of employees at $15 an hour why hire someone who is slower or bad at communicating when you can hire a desperate liberal arts grad or competent blue collar worker?
There should be min wage exception for liberal arts grads because they are worse then useless: can't do anything yet have overly inflated ego.
