Google - Temp Worker( Through Adecco )
Hi Friends, I got selected for senior Salesforce Business analyst/ QA lead position in Google. I completed all the interviews and hiring Manager also emailed me that ready to provide the offer. Here comes the Adecco negotiation part, how to negotiate with Adecco . I searched in levels fyi, the TC for position is 350k ( 220k BS + 100k stock+ 30K Bonus) full timer. How to get the same level of salary as temp worker. , since they are not providing the stock options for Temp worker? I read that Google has to provide equivalent of Full time employees . Let me know what will be the best compensation to negotiate and provide more insights on Google temp worker compensation policy ( Adecco) . #google #salesforce #salary
What? What are you smoking there? Try the FTE salary but they’ll probably give you only base.

I don’t think you’ll get the same tc as a FTE. Otherwise they would just hire a FTE instead.
Ok. Is Adecco working with C2C contract openings or they work on their own W2. I got cleared my Google interview and it's temp worker position, so I want to work with my current employer and do C2C with Adecco? Adecco is good with C2C for Google temp worker ? Pls advise
