Hi folks, I have recently cleared the loop at Google for a Cloud Security Consultant role in India. YoE - 10. Not sure about the job level yet. The recruiter has just sent me an "Offer review packet" spreadsheet to fill with salary expectations and competing offers. My two best current offers are: - Prod sec engineering lead at an Eyecare giant - 57 LPA + 3.5 L joining bonus - Lead sec engineer at a series D profitable HR tech startup - 60 LPA + 40 L ESOPs vested over 4 years How much should I ask for at Google? Or would it be more prudent to not mention any expectations and let them come back with a figure?
