Google Comp Plan Comparison
I am on S37 plan (55% base / 45% total target incentive: RBI + CBI). Current level is 65. Google says their plan is 40/60. Is this a straight comparison to my 55/45? My OTE is $290k. If the above is correct, the 40/60 would mean a base of $115k. Am I understanding correctly?
