Recently got an offer to be a Technical Sourcer at Google for a pretty comfortable salary, but I’ve heard horror stories about Google Contractors and their treatment. With that said, I would love the opportunity to work for Google, full-time, after my contract is up. I’m currently balancing between two offers: the contact role from Google and a full time role at a close to IPO, fin-tech. Both roles are the same title and level. #offer Which opportunity would you go with if you were considering long term career success?
