Google Engineering Residency vs Microsoft FTE
Which should I accept? Google is 110k salary, no stock but a 90% conversion rate to FTE after Microsoft is 110k salary, 70k/4, 15k signing bonus. I know Google pays more in the long run. Thoughts?

You can get full time at Google after working at Microsoft for a year too..usually full time job is better than internship/residency but that microsoft offer is so low I think google residency is more worth in this case lol
