Google Finance Manager Interview
Hi, I have a hiring manager phone screen coming up for Finance Manager role at Google. Other than the usual behavioral, situational abs case study questions what else can I prep for? TIA for your responses!
Please have a crisp answer on why Google.... I've heard so many cliche answers and it'd be nice to have a well thought out answer to this.
Understand how google makes money and where ruth is investing in going forward
Read the quarterly earnings report, calls transcript, recent news etc. Have multiple strong answers for behaviors questions. Be ready to answer follow up questions. For situational questions, always ask follow up questions, make it a conversation and then try frame the answer. Of course, have a solid answer for why google. Good luck!
Good luck - I have had multiple interviews at google. Why google is one that many interviewers focused on and also to pick and analyze/suggest improvements to a google product was another one.
