Google HC minimum no of interview
Can candidate get into HC just based on 4 onsite interviews and 1 phone screen ? Mine 5th one got cancelled, but has been asked now for phone interview after onsite..
Probably ur 5th interviewer schewed up and didn't show up...
Could you please tell me how long it took from onsite till interview result from recruiter? I am waiting to hear back since a week regarding interview. Had 4 onsite without any phone interviews.
One phone screen plus four on-site interviews is standard.
I think 4 is only for University recruiting.
Interviews at universities and conference usually take the place of the phone screen. Is that what you mean?
Same situation, had to take 5th. 5th was rescheduled with a different person, and questions were similar to one of the original 4. HC ended up asking for 2 additional interviews. L4/L5 consideration. Non-tech and ended up being offered L4.
You have to take it. And you might even get asked for more interviews after first pass through HC.
