Given the new process of team match before Hiring Committee, is the hiring committee decision still valid for a year if I decline the offer? What happens if I team match again before a year, will they generate a new offer with new terms or is it the same offer with the terms offered now? #google #meta
Different numbers because you are gonna have to pass HC again with the new team - could be lower
So current HC decision is invalid?
Your interview results are valid for a year. Your team matching is gone as soon as you decline

Not a rocketship after stock buyback and layoff
? It literally has been a rocket ship since then. Stock is a line going straight up
Team matching before HC? I interviews last month and we went to HC, never spoke to any hiring manager. HC rejected me, recruiter provided zero feedback.
You can get rejected even before HC. HC usually looks at mostly positive loops only ( all yes, 1 no rest yes etc). For those recruiters try to get an interested team (team match) to increase the chances of success with HC. Any critical risk, red flag in the interview loop would mean reject without HC without Team match and sometimes even without recruiter discussion/feedback
I was told my packet was in the hand of the HC, but I didn’t do any team matching. Maybe the recruiter lied. I’ve no idea
Why did you leave off bonus? Google's bonus is 15% at that level.
Facebook also has the same bonus, didn’t include because that can change based on performance.
Did you just leave Google dogfoodie?
Is meta hiring now
What's the breakdown for Meta
[Blind] Check out this post! How to get to $10M (Investments & Money) https://us.teamblind.com/s/xkoqYZPu op here has 300+ tc at same level and yours is only 245k.. are you leaving out some money under the table?
Wow! Your Google offer is almost like MSFT offer, but a tad better
Which location? And you're missing the bonus component. It's 15% minimum
Is it 15% even if you don't meet expectations?
Did you get downleveled?
No, lateral move
