I applied Google recently, and got a Google Hiring Assessment. After searching online what it is about. It seems a process for every role in 2024. It is about ethical and integrity behavioral questions. In total there are about 50+ questions, many questions are asking the same thing different ways. As far as I know, consistency is the key for this assessment. Just be yourself. I took the test and got pass the next day. Good luck to everyone. #tech #google #interview
Google is not hiring, most postings are fake, and for others internal candidates fill the roles. Also there are 10k+ of people stuck in team matching.
That's really bad news, are they freezing hiring at all?
for atleast usa based roles, team match has thousands in pipeline, since no roles in usa going to external candidates.
I finished that assessment in like 10 mins and got a pass email the next day and got a recruiter email 2 days later
Congrats, but some folks said that Google is not hiring, and it is just fake post. Bro, can you give me Coinbase referral? I have done a blockchain startup before.
Took the assessment and passed a day later. Haven’t heard back for recruiter in 2 weeks. They are so booked up and you should not count on it.
I got recruiter follow up the next day. May it depends on which position.
What position did you apply for? YOE?
Mine was 100 questions.
Has anybody failed
I see some people mentioned that they fail on blind.
Any update OP?
Wait what??!
Yes, it seems a lot of many people got GHA before having a recruiter phone call.
