Really anxious about the hiring committee results, would like to know your views about what is the likely outcome. These are the results of the L4 onsite (given by the recruiter) Sys Des: H Coding: SH , H, LH GL : LH LH = leaning Hire , H = hire , SH = strong Hire YoE : 1.5 TC : 🥜 Edit : I already had a L3 offer from a (4 coding + GL) round but rejected that and then had this round ( 3 coding + 1 SD + GL). Yeah it depends, sometimes they do system design, sometimes they don't
Which company are you coming from?? Given your yoe, it’s likely going to be a down-level
L3 at 1.5 YoE is not really a downlevel.
That’s why I added the first statement. If you’re already L4 at other big companies (which is totally doable to get promoted in 1.5 yoe) then it’s a downlevel

It's optional. I told my recruiter I'm targeting L4 and would want to 3 coding rounds instead of 2+1 SD. You can choose to do SD which leaves in some possibility of L5, but I knew that was unlikely for me.

I didn't get an option during the second time. I went through the material that was provided by my recruiter.
Is it for the SRE role? How long was the feedback call?
Nope SWE , 15ish mins ... Got some comments about all the interviews and the ratings.
Looks like a fake scenario. There is no design for L4's.
I faced design for L4. I thought its SRE only. But this candidate is SWE.
With 1.5 YOE it would most likely be an L3 offer. Did you explicitly get your interview feedback from your recruiter or is this an estimate?
explicitily got them. Already had a L3 offer , rejected that and then was put for a L4 round
