Google Interview Feedback
Interviewed for L5. I had 2 coding, 2 system design and 1 Behavioral. Recruiter mentioned system design went well but HC might ask to redo a coding interview, which is fair one of my coding interview dint go well. But the feedback is ok for L4 i.e recruiter dont see any issues for L4 What can I expect? I know there is no meaning to these polls but trying to get a sense from people who have gone through HC or sit on a HC 🙂 TC; $340 #tech #google

Well I take it this way…I passed the important portion of the interview…systems design, 2 of them to be fair lol…which imo really differentiates 5 from 4…I could care less abt leetcode or what other companies think of me….I’ll worry when I start failing system design🙂
You can pass an interview but do so at a lower level. For instance you can give a 4 answer to a question and a 5 answer to a question. End of the day it doesn’t matter. Just join and get the promo.

Mostly experience….but I do brushup ddia before interviews…
I have an interview loop coming up in next few weeks. can you tell me about the system design interview? Also, there used to be 1 sys design in the loop before. Now it seems there are 2 rounds. Is this a new norm?
if you get L4, it is highly likely your TC will be lower, would you still leave to G?
I think so yes…I am burnout…I think it would be better for my mental health to look outside/change things up…wt do you think? How are things at G?
