Hello all, I would be grateful for any guidance for my upcoming interviews with Google. The role is for a solutions consultant, public sector, office of CISO. The background they looked for was CISSP, experience in cloud computing or tech related fields, client facing roles and public sector experience. I have already spoken with the hiring manager and told him I was not familiar with Google specifically but that I had my CISSP and CCSP. I guess I am not sure what to expect in terms of the role related job knowledge questions or the general cognitive abilities questions. Any insights would be great. Best

Role related knowledge will be a technical to show you can do the job at least at a basic level. Expect a hands on project or a hypothetical problem to work through. GCA could be behaviorals or potentially a case format depending on your team. Since its customer facing expect them to evaluate your confidence and composure while communicating clearly and effectively (not just word vomiting CISSP Buzzwords). Good luck, it's tough out there.
Thank you!
