Google L3 vs L4 Interview?
What's the difference between L3 requirements and L4 requirements? I was told that my score from last onsite was high enough to bypass L3 phone screen but not L4. What's the difference and what should I expect from an L4 interview?

Get into OSS, push PRs to widely used products and you will certainly receive good feedback
Not getting hints from the interviewer. Cleaner code style. Implementing optimal solution. Better communication, and collaboration. Demonstrating ability to work independently.
How to develop these skills ? Cleaner code style, demonstrating ability to work independently. Is there any guide I can follow to become a better software engineer/pass L4 ?
That all makes sense in a workplace, but in an interview setting is it just essentially "better solutions faster?"
