Google L4, interviewed at Facebook. Will I get E4 or E5?
What does it depend on? Should I tell the recruiter I want E5? I think I did pretty well on the interview.
Well depends on your years of experience. Up leveling from G to F is normal.

Definitely push for up-level, you don't want to get caught in the fb E4 to E5 forced progression clock.
www.levels.fyi - Most companies down level actually but Google L4 will most likely be FB E4 unless you’re very very much at top of band at google. Even then it’s rare.
Not really. Google T4 will most likely get E5 offer. Google T5 is way harder to get compared to E5.
