Is the offer low for L4? Recruiter called immediately after on-site, and said “Passed all interviews with ease, possible 10% increase in base and RSu for NYC; but, might need better offer with on letter head from competitor”. Location is for NYC Base: 177 RSU: 147 Bonus: 27 (15% base) YOE 5 I haven’t negotiated yet fintech competing fintech offer is lower. TikTok might be higher, not sure about Lucid. Same base as Uber but L4 stock was 330 /4. (Front loaded) with 60k sign on

Aim at at least 190/ 400 and sign in bonus at least 50k. 15‰ Bonus is not negotiable.

@uber what kind of question is that.. no one is offering 400k base. The 400k is over 4 years. You didn’t clarify if the 147 RSU is over 4 years. If it is, doubt they would make that big of jump.
