Yeah close to 300k I’m L4 at 220k approximately. No reason L5 shouldn’t be close to 300k

Data scientist and analyst are used interchangeably a lot. Data scientist I know at google requires PhD or advanced skills. However data scientist at other organizations are probably in line with googled data analyst but it all depends on the team and the org
What's the difference between data analyst, data scientist, MLE?
IMO DA - descriptive analytics. DS - predictive analytics (likely using out of the box algos/procedures). MLE - coming up with new algos/procedures or implementing algos/procedures in a larger engineered system. For example: DA - Creating dashboards to show sales year over year. DS - Forecasting demand across different product lines. MLE - Creating a framework to automate forecasting across product lines/sku by sku.
DA and DS both do predictive analytics. The distinction between the two is made by how much you deal with business stakeholders. There is no way you are building and managing production grade model pipelines and also deal with stakeholders and be there as their thought partners.
Data analyst or product analyst? The latter is tech org the former may not be and be lower tc
How about BI analysts TC range? I guess the role is bit different from data/product analyst
