I got an offer for $315K all in. L6 in strat ops. I had to negotiate though and external offers like fb go a long way. My initial offer was $45K lower before I got a competing offer.

Somewhere between $300-500k TC
L6 is $300-$400 and L7 is $400-$500? Thanks
