Google L6 Offer <Closed>
Hi, Could someone share the L6 (Manager) compensation range for Google (Embedded) in India? Hoping to get an offer soon but the HR asked me for the CTC expectations. (HR does not want any breakup) Having spent a decade in a semiconductor company, have amassed some decent amount of shares (unvested), so wondering how do I calculate the expected CTC as a whole? YOE: 16 (excluding post grad) Base: 65L (no change from 2022) Stock (2023): 37L Bonus (2023): 6L Would appreciate guidance here 🙏🏻🙏🏻 This is my first switch after 13+ years so haven’t done this in a while. Update: 5/10/2024 Got the offer :) Base: 90L Stock: 2.5Cr for 4 years (38%/32%/20%/10%) Sign-on bonus: 15L Bonus: 20% of Base: 18L CTC: 2.3Cr (inc of some other benefits worth 7L)
Congrats! L5 gets you 1.1 to 1.6 cr, so L6 should get 1.4 to 1.8cr. Maybe check levels.fyi as well.

Can you pls explain me how it can be 2.3 cr ? What is pf and bonus amount ? Is 2.3 cr only for 1 st year?
base: 90L bonus: 20% of base : 18L sign on : 15L 1 yr stock: 38% of 2.5Cr : 95L Others: 7L 1 yr CTC : 90+18+15+95+7 = 2.25Cr, so I rounded to 2.3Cr

I did not negotiate. I asked for 2cr. Why do you ask if it was lowered? Do you mean the Ctc is on the lower side?
