Google L6 offer: PgM role - Feedback Needed!
Received an offer from Google earlier this week for an L6 non-tech PgM role in MV: TC: 278k Base - 190k bonus - 20% RSU - 200k/4 signon bonus 20k but didnt include in TC I feel like this is low end for L6. Need some feedback. I have 12 YOE.
Seems ok for non tech. Definitely low for L6 SWE or EM
Prob could do more on the equity side

Wth? My sister is L4 TPM at Google and her TC is quite a bit higher than this

Yea my grandma is an L3 and it is even higher than your sister
Update: the offer is now closer to TC -$310k now. Thoughts?

RSUs are pretty low, try to bump it up. Base and bonus seem normal

What's your previous experience? MBA? Pgm?
Get some competing offers and negotiate. Are you willing to walk away if they don't increase this number? How does it compare to your current TC?
