Google Non Technical Program Manager Interview

I have a phone screen with a hiring manager in upcoming weeks and I am wondering if I can get some interview help? I am currently a Senior PM with 8 years of experience interviewing for Google Search on both Androids and Web. The job description indicated 3 years of TPM as requirement. Would this be a technical interview even though it is a plain PM position?
