Just received an offer for an L5 PM offer at Google..feels really low to me but wanted to get input: Base: 168k Bonus: 15% Equity: 310k Signing: 30k TC: 270K YoE: 8 years #google #comp #pm

What I read in blind so far it is at the low end. You can negotiate the base and equity.

PM means product manager right if yes its very less. PMs salaries are slightly higher than Swe. L5 level comp should touch to 400k

Aim for >300k. But you’ll need competing offers or just say no to initial.
How did u prepare on leadership principles? And project management aspect ?
