Does the Google’s hiring committee only evaluate on-site results or include phone interview feedback? I’m wondering if the phone interview is merely a gate keeper for on-site or a part of the whole evaluation package. Also, is there anyone that moved from AWS PM to Google Cloud PM? From what I see on Blind and Glassdoor, it’s pretty darn difficult to find people that actually passed the on-site. I thought it was a selection bias of failed candidates but Amazon’s Glassdoor has plenty of posts with “accepted offer” marked green.
Phone interview should be the gateway. Are you now doing presentations on-site, or web interviews? Good luck!!
Coming up with on on-site in a few wks
@BigNail I am at AWS
Bignail go back to your country
Let me get rich first! Almost there!!!!
@BigNail is a famous bully. Just ignore him my friends. Good luck with your interview.
Bullies shouldn’t be ignored. Otherwise they might run for and win as President.
Yeah thanks. I’ll update the results in a few wks
I got turned down after the phone interview. Zero connection with the interviewer
What type of questions did they ask ? I have mine next week
Questions about experiences with non tech products, lots of behavioral questions and critical thinking. Build this thing and sell to an investor.
Phone interview is almost always ignored.
