Google Recruiter is waiting for hiring manager feedback
Google has added a new assessment round named GHA(Google Hiring Assessment) as an initial round due to lot of applications. I have passed the assessment and recruiter is waiting from past 2 weeks to get feedback from the Hiring manager even after assessment is passed and followed up with the recruiter twice already. How do I make the recruiter understand that I am still waiting for the next steps of the interview process?
I passed the assessment more than a month ago. No word from Google. It’s the slowest of all big tech. Meta is the best recruiting experience.
do you still have hopes for hearing from a recruiter?
It’s automated afaik. Within 48hrs an email should come telling you if you’re in or out is what I know. Not sure where hiring manager comes into picture at this stage.
