I recently went through 4 rounds of interviews (phone and onsite at MV) at Google for a non-eng job. Got positive feedback from the recruiter (multiple times in writing), but ultimately didn't advance to offer stage because of some logistical issues with the role. Is there any way I can leverage this experience to get noticed at other Tech companies or reapply at Google?
I never made it to the hiring committee because soon after my final round of interviews, the position became 'unavailable' in some way. The group spent the next 3 weeks trying to 'sort out the issues', but ultimately turned me down. During those 3 weeks, I was constantly told how hard they were trying to make it work and that the interviewers 'really liked' me and my background

At what point did you 'fail'? Did your packet go to hiring committee. You may be able to 'reuse' those interviews if you find another opening in the same ladder. This is a question for you recruiter
I have the same question - my packet did go to hiring committee, but I did fail with positive feedback. Do I keep trying?
This is different than the OPs question. To me, it sounds like the OP may have scored well enough to be hired, but the position was lost due to headcount. In your case, you were flat out rejected. Always try again. But you'll have to wait 6 months between attempts.
