Base - 180K 15% target bonus - 27K (not counting on it looking at Google's performance) Sign on - 20K Equity - 260K over 4 years y1 comp: 313K However, comp is dropping from y2 due to no sign on. Rate the offer. Also, how high it can go? Amazon target comp for this year was 300K. Trending HV2, comp drop next year due to stocks alloted at $155 but hoping to get them refreshed. Overall, doesn't look much upgrade than 10-15k plus RTO at Google. Competing offer from Uber with 322K Note - Being HV2, my next PCS will be 320K for 2024 year automatically if this was a regular year. Don't know though what will happen next year but if they stick to bands, I am climbing to 320K for 2024 at Amazon. Location - Bay Area

I’m a SWE and I can say the base pay is on par with what they pay in the Bay (median was $170K last year). Stocks can go a little higher but it’s hard to negotiate without competing offers because recruiters always pull off the front-loaded narrative.
