Google Seattle Hiring?

Looking to jump somewhere in a few months. Was looking at Google Seattle/Kirkland, but don't see any SWE jobs for anything other than interns, new grads, or 7/8+ YOE senior/staff. I'm at 5 YOE so feels kinda awkward. How come the generic "Software Engineer" role for 3+ YOE is hiring everywhere except Seattle? Is GCP done hiring? TC: 310k + free 🍌

I'm in the same boat. Spoke to a Googler who works in kirkland, they said to wait for more weeks for SEIII openings.
