Google Senior MLE
Hi all, I just finished my full loop with Google for a L5 MLE. One of my interviewers was so impressed and showed it to me but the others were completely poker faced. I personally have a good feeling about my performance. I solved all the coding problems + the follow ups and for ML deep dive, ML system design and behavioral I answered all the questions asked. I am sure I was not perfect so if they want to find something poor about my performance they definitely can. How are the interviewers at Google? Are they looking for perfection? #engineering #software #swe #mle #interview
Sounds positive. Also I'm not sure how it works, but last time I interviewed at Google, after my second to last interview, my interviewer basically guaranteed I was going to get an offer even if I didn't do well on my final round. The last round definitely wasn't a shadow or training interview, so I was quite surprised by his confidence haha
That's goals lol. Did you end up getting an offer?
Not really. I didn't like the teams I matched with so I never made it to offer stage, and accepted a different company. I did pass the interview though
