Google Start Date vs Series A vesting
HM seems to have strong preference for earlier start date (April/May). But I hit my cliff mid-June. Worth it to win favor with HM by starting earlier or nah? Series A company so questionable how to value the options. CEO's previous venture is a unicorn but hasn't exited yet.

Shmoogle will wait, collect your lottery ticket then move on. Lottery ticket will probably be worthless but you will regret it if that shit ends up unicorny and you walked from half a mill of equity. Nobody regrets waiting a few extra weeks to start in big tech.
