Google TPM L7 Interview in Seattle
I’m a seasoned Tech mgr. Current TC: $425k I have 3 onsite interviews in the first week of May in Seattle. In particular, 1 Technical Judgement, 1 GCA and 1 Googleyness or leadership. Please share any latest experience for a similar position interview. Sample questions would be great! Also, how well does Google pay in Seattle ?

What does a L7 TPM do? Serious question.
Portfolio TPM lead, typically an org of size 100+ people and initiative that spans multiple org and $50-100M
No way typical L7 has 100+ reports.. this is a joke. They have maybe 20-30 tpms and work with directors who lead the org
