do the recruiters ask which team do you like after scheduling 2-3 fit calls? or they keep scheduling fit calls till you say you have found the team you like?
also will the recruiters communicate which team expressed high interest in you?
Went through successful team match in January 2020 for L3. I gave my recruiter my preferrence which was hard set for me c++ infra high perf teams. Recruiter set up calls with two teams that did this first I was okay with with went to grab coffee with the team but didnt click. For second talked with them we vibed so well that the hiring manager emailed me saying I would be a great fit and then I had a short call with a team member just about wlb and stuff and then we matched.
My case might be a bit exceptional as my recruiter also said most L3 arent getting matched, I was sure what I wanted to do and had valid reasons why and I had knowledge on those fields so it helped whenevr the manager asked why you want to work with us or what are your gratest strengths.
Do you mind sharing more about what types of things managers ask you or talk to you about during the team match?
Does "greatest strengths" refer to technical skills?
Sure. They start with telling about their teams and then with tell me what you want to do or what are you interested in? Why are you interested in it? What is your biggest technichal strength, something which isnt on your resume or you want to highlight something. What are you looking for in the next two years?
